Born and raised in Los Angeles County.

I grew up with little to work with on a daily basis, and even less in terms of options for a career. I’m a math guy—contrary to what my writing talent leads people to believe. I spent my free-time writing short stories or rewriting plots from my favorite movies or TV shows while I studied mechanical engineering throughout school years. I was certain graduating was the only way I’d succeed in life, but I gave up on my original path to bet on myself. I knew I wanted something with more freedom. So making something of myself as a writer was the only other choice I felt I had.

See, my dream as a kid was to be an inventor, but I guess somewhere along the way I realized all I really wanted was to use my imagination to the fullest.

So now, I invent on blank pages. I turned my hobby of writing into a lucrative career at a young age. My first project was two full-length, one-hundred-thousand word fantasy novels. I was twenty-two. That project ignited my burning passion to do this for the rest of my life.

I founded Wise Pages to share my passion for storytelling, impactful narratives, and wisdom with people who look like me, live like me, and dream like me.
